Every ShoptoCook™ Recipe Center is connected via the retailer's virtual private networks allowing for 24/7 printer and hardware monitoring. Our monitoring system tracks the recipe center throughout the day, and knows if a kiosk is unplugged or if a printer is low on paper. Electronic notifications are sent automatically until the problem is resolved. Our remote monitoring system results in an unsurpassed 99.9% uptime.

Easy Maintenance

The only store level maintenance is simple paper replacement. Software enhancements are delivered automatically by ShoptoCook™ via a secure remote management system. Hardware related issues are serviced through the retailer's existing support services.
