Tom is currently responsible for all the accounting and financial activities for the company. Prior to joining ShoptoCook™, Tom has held various Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions with local and international companies. He has over 25 years experience in accounting and financial management in various startup and fast growth companies.
Tom is a CPA and he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a MBA with a concentration in Finance from Canisius College.

Steak & Mushroom Kabobs

What You Need:
- 2 Strip steaks, cut 1 inch thick
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 lemon wedges
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2-1/2 teaspoons McCormick lemon pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoons McCormick dried oregano
What To Do:
- Combine mushrooms, onion, oil, garlic, lemon pepper and oregano. Toss
- Alternately thread mushrooms and onion onto six 12-inch metal skewers. Finish with a lemon wedge.
- Brush remaining mushroom-toss mixture onto steaks. Place steaks and kabobs on hot grill.
- Grill steaks 15 to 18 minutes.
- Grill kabobs 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until mushrooms are tender.
