Alan's primary responsibility at ShoptoCook™ is to continually define, enhance, and streamline processes and projects within the company. Seeking out opportunities for process and project improvement ensures that ShoptoCook™ continues to produce high quality products and ShoptoCook™ clients continue to receive a high quality customer service experience. Alan is also a primary contact point for client inquiries, problem resolution, and internal project coordination.
Alan brings knowledge from several years experience as a software consultant for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Perot Systems. He was also an independent software consultant for 2 years. His expertise includes the software development life cycle, client management, and problem resolution.
Alan earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Clarkson University and his Master of Business Administration from Stetson University.

BBQ Grilled Chicken Kabobs

- Cook Time: 15 Min.
What You Need:
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
- 6 c. assorted cut-up vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and zucchini)
- 8 wooden skewers
- 1 bottle (18 oz.) KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
What To Do:
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Arrange chicken and vegetables alternately on skewers.
- Grill kabobs 10 to 15 min. or until chicken is cooked through, turning after 8 min. and brushing frequently with 1 c. of the barbecue sauce.
- Serve with remaining barbecue sauce.
